Kids Fitness at Perryton CrossFit

What is it?

Kids Fitness is a course designed to help your child develop a lifetime love of fitness.  The movements involved in Kids Fitness include all the things kids do when they play.  We will pull, push, run, throw, squat, climb, lift and jump.  The workouts will be fun and engaging while delivering measurable results. Teaching proper technique to jump start your child’s introduction into fitness.

Who can attend?

Anyone ages 5 through 12.

When is it?

Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm

How much does it cost?

$50 per month for members

$75 per month for non-members
